Since we talked about Thanksgiving in the last blog, let's talk about the next upcoming holiday, Christmas. God is a wonderful God to have given us his son's life for our sake. In the Christmas play we are going to sing a song called "Imagine a world without Christmas." If you think about it, that would be a terrible place. If Jesus never came into the world on the Christmas morning, then he wouldn't have died thirty-three years later on the cross to save us from our sins. Without Christmas, we would not have presents. That would totally stink. I WANT Christmas gifts. Good thing is my parents don't see it that way. They know what is good for me like God knows what is good for his people. God knows what everyperson needs are. God knew the only way for us to get to heaven was by letting His son come that Christmas and die on the cross.

Since Thanks giving is only just 2 weeks away there are many things on peoples mind. Thanksgiving is a time of giving that to God for what He has done for us. God is such a wonderful God. He says in Phil. 4:19, God will supply all of your needs according to His riches in glory. If that is true then we should be thanking God everyday for everything He does for us. There are many things that be thankful about. If you are alive today then you should be thankful for that. If you have eaten to day, then that means God supplied your family with food. He gives us air to breathe and a free choice to serve Him. God is such a wonderful God, I don't know how anyone could not thank Him for everything He gives us. Even though we may think we have done some wonderful experiment, so we should get the glory, if it had not of been for God giving you the brains to do something like that, then how could you have done it. Thank you God for everything you do for us.

Prayer. Have you ever taken the time to thank someone for praying for you. Think about it, if a person that says they are praying for you actually prays for one hour a day for you, and twenty four people do it, then you are being prayed for a whole day. Have you every thanked God for created those people that pray for you? God knows what we need daily. He knows that we need someone to pray for us while we go through the day. I think we need to spend more time in prayer for those who need it. Some would we our service men and women. We need to also pray for our leaders, even if we don't like them or don't agree with what they believe. As mentioned in the blog before this one, God is faithful to us. So just take time to pray for those people we deeply care about. Also let them know we are praying for them, I am sure they need as much confidence as they can get.

College Choices. Thinking about college is almost overwhelming. There are so many colleges, but the hard part is finding the right one. One important thing is that God will lead us wherever we are supposed to go. He will open the door that we are supposed to go through. He will also shut the other doors. If you are faithful to God, He will be faithful to you. Also if you are living close enough to God he will show you what is right and what is wrong. So if we are living close enough to God, He will show us what College we need to go, or if we need to go. Just remember God is always faithful and just.

Cars are one of the most important things in todays society. We use them about everyday. My family has a habit of buying and sell tons of cars. This is probably one of the most fun things that my family does. It is cool to be able to jump into a car that is different than the one you drive the day before. I enjoy it because you may be driving a hunk of junk one day and then drive a $13,000 car the next. With my family there is always a variety of different cars. Some of the people in my family prefere one kind of car over another kind. My preference is Chevrolet. Personally, I like Chevy Camaros the most. My older brother has a Ford Mustang, and so does my sister. They both pick on me for liking Camaros, but I really don't care. One important thing when buying a car is getting one that is reliable. If we are going to drive everyday, we need something reliable.

The difference between living in the city and living in the country has some good things and bad things. I personally enjoy living in the country because you can do all kinds of burnouts and racing on the roads and most likely won't get into trouble. Also you can ride four wheelers and dirt bikes and not get yelled at by your neighbors five feet from you. Although living in the country is wonderful, there are some advantages to living in the city. One of the advantages is that you are just minutes from stores and pretty much wherever you want to go.
So there are some advantages and disadvantages of living in the country and the city. I still like living in the country though. It's soo much more quiet.

One of the first recks in a car that i can remember is when my brother, sister, and I were riding to and from school with one of our friends. She did not notice that someone working with her husband had parked his truck right in the way. She plowed it so hard her bun in her hair fell down. We hit the back of the seats extremely hard. It was not funny at the time, but now we just laugh at it. It was pretty funny.
